Reflect makes it easy to set up different topics you want to improve and track on a daily basis by setting goals and monitoring how you keep up with them.
There are three different types of items.
Tracking can be done by counting how many times you did it per day or how much time you spent at it or simply if you did it or not.
Items related to each other can easily be grouped together to track overall progress.
There is also a handy stats view to show summaries for each week.A handy widget is available for quick access.
